Mr. Fyodor A. Rozovskiy, Director, RCSC, the Chief Guest, said that the world is beautiful and such creative activities by budding artists help us forget the miseries to a greater extent. He congratulated the young children for their momentous efforts.
The Guest of Honour, Prof. Niren Sen Gupta, Eminent Artist & Former Principal, Delhi College of Art, describing the child artists as the future promise, expressed deep appreciation for the impressive work displayed at the exhibition.
Certificates of merit were distributed to children of Children's Art School, Bal Basant and Russian Embassy School.
Bal Basant is an institution which strives to promote the artistic talents among children and help them develop their creativity and personality. It properly guides and directs the children to flourish their creative awareness and imagination.
Mr. Vinod Kumar Goswami, Artist and Muralist, and Head of Bal Basant, in his address said that he rightly identifies the spontaneity of matured and inspiring feelings among the young children and guides them in the proper direction with consistent efforts aimed at developing their creative skills.
Ms. Surjit Akre, Eminent Artist & President, Roerich's Art Club, RCSC, Co-ordinator of the Exhibition, and Ms. Ekaterina Pokrovskaya, Artist and Head of Children's Art School, RCSC, made everything possible to make the inaugural function of the Exhibition a great success.
